Track & Optimize is operated by MJ (Masum Jia). This notice explains what happens when you use this website or request the free Lead-to-Sale Tracking Checklist.
What the form saves
The checklist form requires your first name and email address. Your website is optional. We also save the request date, the version of this notice you accepted and a record that no marketing consent was requested or given. Please do not enter passwords, customer records or sensitive information.
Why we save it
We use these details to record and fulfill your checklist request and manage access to the download. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. The PDF becomes available on this website after your request is saved. No email is sent by this form.
Where it is stored
The website and signup database run on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes data to host, secure and operate these services. We do not publish signup records or include them in the website’s source repository.
The application does not log your submitted details or put them in page addresses. The connecting IP is used transiently to rate-limit requests; it is not saved in our signup table. Cloudflare may process technical connection and security information as part of operating its platform.
How long it stays
Signup records expire 90 days after the original request. Daily automatic cleanup and new checklist requests remove eligible records from the active database in limited batches. A backlog or service failure can delay physical removal. The 90-day limit controls download eligibility; it is not a promise of deletion at an exact time. Expired records cannot unlock a download. Cloudflare may retain database recovery copies for its service-defined recovery period.
Successful requests set one strictly necessary, secure, HttpOnly download cookie in your browser. It expires after 15 minutes and contains a random receipt, not your name or email. The permission is consumed by the first valid download request and cannot be reused. Only a hashed receipt is stored in the database. Used or expired receipts cannot download the file and are removed by the same cleanup process.
Your choices
You can use the rest of this website without requesting the checklist. You can ask to access, correct or delete your saved signup details by contacting hello@trackandoptimize.com. Include only the email used for your request; do not send identity documents. If email is unavailable, contact MJ through masumjia.com.
Other services
Booking links open Calendly, which handles the information you choose to provide there under its own privacy notice. This site does not embed Calendly or load advertising pixels or analytics trackers. External links may lead to services with their own privacy practices.
