Know what to check before you spend more on ads.

Leads come in. Reports disagree. It’s hard to decide what deserves more budget.

We trace one lead-to-sale journey and check what your reporting captures. You get written findings and prioritized next steps, so the next decision starts with evidence.

THE DECISION AT STAKE

A low cost per lead can look promising while the link to useful leads and sales is still unclear.

Example only. The diagnostic checks the available evidence; it does not assume these gaps exist in your setup.

The spend is visible.
The reason to change it may not be.

Before changing a campaign, rebuilding a page or adding another tool, separate the reporting gap from the business problem.

01 / LEAD QUALITY

More leads.
Little clarity on sales.

A campaign can generate form fills without showing which become qualified opportunities or customers.

The decision it holds up

Whether a low cost per lead is a useful reason to increase spend.

02 / REPORTING

Different reports.
Different conclusions.

Your ad platform, analytics and sales records may count different events, time periods or sources of credit.

The decision it holds up

Which numbers are suitable for the decision you’re trying to make.

03 / CONVERSION

People click.
The next step stalls.

The offer may be unclear, the page may create friction, or the traffic may be a poor fit. Missing measurement can make the picture harder to read.

The decision it holds up

Whether to investigate the page, the campaign or the measurement first.

A reporting mismatch alone doesn’t prove wasted ad spend. The diagnostic checks the measurement; investigating page friction or campaign performance may need separate work.

Check the journey.
Understand the gaps.

The US$195 tracking diagnostic follows one agreed journey through your existing setup. We establish what can be verified before recommending changes.

01

Define a useful result

Agree the lead, qualification or customer events that matter to your decision. A form submission and a sale are different outcomes.

02

Check what the records show

Trace the agreed events. Compare receipt, identifiers and duplicate handling where relevant, using the records and access available.

03

Check how the campaign uses it

Review the selected conversion event and campaign goal. Document what is confirmed, what remains uncertain and what to check next.

Leave with a clear plan for the next check.

You receive written findings with supporting evidence and prioritized recommendations. Keep the report and decide how to proceed with us, your team or another provider.

EVENT RECEIPT / ONE TEST JOURNEY

The test sale is recorded.
No matching event appears.

Observed
In this example, sales records show the agreed test purchase. No matching paid-customer event appears in the platform’s event-receipt records during the agreed observation window.
Why it matters
The available records do not show that this test event reached the platform. Attributed ad totals and campaign effectiveness remain separate questions.
Recommended next check
Inspect the integration’s trigger and delivery records before choosing a repair. The cause remains unverified.

A sample explanation, not a client result. A no-fault finding can also be a valid diagnostic outcome.

Included in the review

  • One existing website or funnel journey
  • One selected ad account and platform
  • Up to three agreed events
  • One existing GA4 property, where relevant
  • Written evidence and prioritized recommendations

Implementation is separate

Implementation, new integrations, conversion research and testing, and ongoing paid-ad management are quoted separately when needed.

We agree the access, safe test route, what we’ll check and delivery date first. Any applicable tax is shown before payment.

The next step depends
on what needs attention.

You can start with the diagnostic, or discuss a known implementation, conversion or campaign need on the fit call. Each service has its own agreed scope.

IMPLEMENTATION

Make the agreed tracking changes.

Implement the approved plan, check the selected events and document the setup and remaining limits.

CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION

Help visitors understand and take the next step.

Investigate the agreed page or journey, prioritize changes and define how to evaluate them. Testing depends on the data and traffic available.

PAID-AD MANAGEMENT

Give campaign decisions a clear goal.

Manage the agreed campaigns and budget with a testing plan and reporting on the outcomes we can measure.

These services are optional and are not included in the US$195 diagnostic. None promises a particular conversion rate, revenue increase or return on ad spend.

Bring the decision you’re stuck on.

  1. Talk through the concern

Use the free 20-minute fit call to explain your setup and what you need to understand. The call confirms fit; it is not the diagnostic.

  2. Agree the work

We confirm what we’ll check, access and delivery details before you receive an invoice or work begins.

  3. Decide from the findings

Review the findings and decide which recommendations to act on.

Clear expectations
from the start.

Different reports can both be counting correctly

Different events, reporting periods and attribution rules can produce different totals. We investigate the agreed comparison rather than assume a broken setup. Credited conversions also don’t prove which sales an ad caused.

The diagnostic checks measurement, not every growth problem

It can clarify what the agreed journey records and where the evidence is incomplete. Page research, implementation, experiments and campaign changes are separately scoped. A broader engagement may be more appropriate if you already know the issue.

Results and open questions are both documented

A successful test describes that test, not every future event. A check blocked by missing access remains unverified. If the agreed checks find no fault, we report that rather than invent a repair.

Follow one lead
before chasing another metric.
