What we collect
When you request the checklist, we collect your first name, email address and optional website. We also record the request time and your acknowledgement of this notice. Please don’t submit passwords, private customer records or sensitive information.
When you contact us through a form, we collect your first name, email, optional website and message. We record when and which form you used, your privacy acknowledgement and whether your inquiry has been reviewed.
How we use it
We use these details to provide your checklist and manage its download. Contact details and messages help us review and respond to your inquiry. Neither form signs you up for marketing. Your PDF downloads on this website. We send internal notifications to help our team review form requests; this does not subscribe you to emails.
We use hosting, storage, contact-management and email service providers to operate the website. They may process technical connection information for security and service operation, including in other countries. We use your IP address temporarily to limit misuse but do not save it with your checklist details. Your submitted details are not made public.
How long we keep it
Checklist access records stay active for 90 days, then become eligible for automatic removal. Request history and delivery records are retained for follow-up and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your details. Backup copies may remain for a limited recovery period.
Contact inquiries are retained for review and follow-up. They are not currently removed on an automatic schedule. You can ask us to delete your inquiry using the contact details below.
Your download
A necessary cookie lets this browser download the checklist once within 15 minutes. It does not contain your name or email. After it is used or expires, you can submit a new request.
Moving between pages
Links within this website can carry the landing-page version and campaign labels from the page you opened. This keeps navigation consistent when you visit the checklist, contact or booking page. We do not use a separate cookie for this navigation.
Your choices
You can use the website without requesting the checklist. To ask for access, correction or deletion of your details, contact hello@trackandoptimize.com using the email from your request. Please do not send identity documents.
The booking calendar loads when you visit our fit-call booking page, or when you choose a time on the checklist page. The external scheduling service then handles connection and booking details under its own privacy notice. Its cookie choices remain available in the calendar.
